food and agriculture products that come from the stunning region of Umbria,
both to the Japanese market and around the world.

(Azienda Agraria Bacci Noemio) olive oil has been awarded numerous national and
international prizes over the last 15 years, making it widely recognized as the world's best in its category.

Umbrian fresh truffles are considered to be of the highest quality
in all their varieties: white, summer white, summer black, winter black.
Our strength in obtaining the very best fresh truffles for international
exportation (with quick deliveries) is thanks to our knowledge and decades
of experience, working with top truffle hunters.

Since 1940 and over three generations, D.O.S. and Coccia Tartufi have been
producing sauces, carpaccio, olive oil, Umbrian truffle salt - always striving for
the very best quality using highly modern processing methods.

Our beloved region has greatly suffered as a result of the recent devastating hearthquakes.
But as strong people with unbreakable ties to our land, we Umbrians are determined to come back stronger than ever!


















FOUNDERS

Kishie Kano Placidi (President) together with Thomas Placidi (Chief Executive Officer)
in 2016 they decided to establish Placidinternational in the face of a twenty-year experience in the
export of Italian fashion to Japan, undertake this new experience in the export of the exceptional
food and agriculture products of representing the best producing companies in Umbria.

This new adventure, with offices in Tokyo and Perugia, is based on love for the
Umbria Region and the desire to make known its wonderful products in the world.

Cold-Pressed and obtained from Moraiolo-Frantoio-Leccino varieties of olives.
Strong initial taste with balance of bitter and spice, persistent bitter
artchoke back taste.
Certified ICEA Organic and D.O.P. Umbria Colli Martani.

ORGANIC EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
100% Cold-Pressed, certified ICEA Organic.
Obtained from Moraiolo-Frantoio-Leccino varieties of olives.
Strong initial taste with faint balance of bitter and spice and a back taste of balsamic.

EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
100% Italian Cold-Pressed, obtained from Moraiolo-Frantoio-Leccino.
The oil emits a balanced herbal scent of bitter and spice with

BLACK SUMMER TRUFFLE CARPACCIO
We exclusively use and chosen Italian truffles that we select one by one.
This product is ideal to season and garnish risotto and pasta.
Spread on toasted slices of bread.
Also perfect with meat, cheese and salads.

Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum vitt) 80%,
extra virgin oil, Salt, Spices, flavourings



WHOLE BLACK TRUFFLE IN JAR
We only use Umbrian truffles, and we choose them one by one.
They are ideal to garnish all kind of dishes or to prepare pâtés and galantines.
The preservation water can be used as condiment, too..

Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt), Water Salt



BLACK TRUFFLE PASTE
We exclusively use hand chosen italiantruffles that we select one by one.
This product is a delicious seasoning for pasta and risotto.
Spread on toasted bread or use to prepare omelettes.
Add fresh cream if desired.

Black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum vitt) 80%,
extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Spices, Flavourings



BLACK TRUFFLE SAUCE
This delicious cream is a wonderful combination of sliced black italian truffles,
fresh mushrooms and high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
Ideal for pasta, rice, and toast.
Add cream or milk if desired.

Ingredients:
Cultivated mushrooms (Psalliota Hortensis) 60%, black truffle 10%:
black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) 8%,
black winter truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) 2%,
black olives, extra virgin olive oil, salt, anchovies, parsley, garlic



WHITE TRUFFLE SAUCE
This unique cream is made by mixing pure italian white truffel with fresh cream.
Particulary suitable for pasta, risotto, tortellini and ravioli, or spread on canapès..

Ingredients:
cream, White Truffles: white spring truffle (Tuber Albidum),
White Truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico), parmesan cheese,
heat meal type "0", salt, vegetable broth, flavourings



TRUFFLE AND PORCINI MUSHROOMS SAUCE
Una elegante combinazione di selezionati funghi freschi porcini,
tartufo bianco e genuino olio extravergine d'oliva.
Ideale con pasta o riso , spalmata sul pane tostato o come condimento
per carne e arrosto.



BUTTER SAUCE WITH TRUFFLE
Condiment prepared with butter of the highest quality, combined with our
best white truffle and then pasteurized. Ideal as a base for your risotto,
to butter tartlets or simply to enrich appetizers, pasta dishes
and meat dishes.



BLACK TRUFFLE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
This condiment was made by extended infusion of black truffle
in exellent extra virgin olive oil.
It is ideal to perfume pasta, risotto, eggs and vegetables

Ingredients:
extra virgin olive oil, black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) flavouring,
dried black truffle: black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt),
black winter truffle (Tuber Melanosporum)



BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA IGP AND WHITE TRUFFLE

Ingredients:
Cooked grape must, Balsamic vinegar of Modena I.G.P. 39%
(wine vinegar, cooked grape must), sugar, corn starch, flavourings.
Usage: perfect on meat, fish, vegetables, eggs etc…



SEA SALT & TRUFFLES
Ingredients:
Sea salt, dried white truffle (tuber magnatum pico)
1% (equivalent to 5% of fresh truffle), flavourings.
Usage: ideal on pasta, rice, meat, fish, vegetables, eggs etc…

Since Nonna Piera was running her tavern, our family has been working
with commitment in order to always offer tasty and wholesome food.

This same love for good things of our land is today renewed in “Coccia’s Truffles”,
a young company but willing to discover again the ancient Umbrian food traditions.

The careful choice of the best natural and fresh ingredients leads the handcraft work of
our truffles and other several delicatessen coming from the countryside straight to your kitchen.

BACCI NOEMIO

The Agricultural Holding Bacci Noemio is located in Gualdo Cattaneo in Umbria, in the green heart of Italy.

A land best suited for olive groves, it has been producing the finest quality EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL,
and one of the few companies to boast a DOUBLE CERTIFICATION: “AGRICOLTURA BIOLOGICA”
(Organic Agriculture) and “D.O.P.” UMBRIA.

Born in 1947, it has reached its THIRD GENERATION and stands one of the
first companies to have obtained the “BIOLOGICA”(Organic)
certification. The company’s land stretches over a surface
of 36 hectares (over 88 acres) containing 11.000 groves of the “Moraiolo”,
“Frantoio” and “Leccino” variety.

ALFATEK Bottling Line (nitrogen-saturated chamber), technology which
allows for an optimal preservation of both taste and chemical properties
(essential for long-term storing) with workload of 1500 bottles per hour.

Storing Process:
nitrogen-saturated stainless steel tanks located in temperature-controlled area.
All the premises are equipped with air conditioning
(temperatures are controlled all year long)
